Fantastic place, but near as I can tell their pickleball system is not effective. They don’t have a system for who is up next. They have a buddy system, rather than a next up system.

The facility is great. Nice and clean. Good equipment. Sadly I had to get rid of my membership because of personal issues. Fast forward to me taking my 3 year old son to soccer. Loved it. Was teaching him so much about listening and moving his body and interacting with peers. Signed up for a second session with the same instructor and she was there for the first week and then took off on vacation (excited for her how fun!) the sub coach was not up to par. While she was pleasant, her exercises were not catered for 3 and 4 year olds. She got snarky when my son would run around and not listen (he just turned 3 in December) I would be on the gym floor with him but also had to return to look after my baby. I contacted the front desk twice to basically, politely ask to just have a credit for when his original coach returns. Nope. You cannot have a refund or credit. Contacted the general manager and was told I could have a refund but not to enroll my son in the program again because he would have the same issues. He did NOT have this issue before. Every so often with a new coach is fine but the same bad fit for a complete session is not ok. This is a small community and the location was very convenient for me and my kids. I would add that I witnessed 3 other children’s sit on the bleachers due to boredom. In the end, it’s my son is the one that loses out. Thanks Grizzly for looking after the younger community

The best gym in the valley, and it’s not close! Family friendly, super clean and enjoyable environment, and just a very healthy atmosphere all around. The facilities are phenomenal, and the staff is extremely helpful & friendly also. There are cheaper gyms out there, and you can have a lower quality experience if you pay for a lesser gym. If that’s not what you want, go to Grizzly Fitness!

Friendly staff, a quality nursery, and opportunities abound to either try something new or do your own thing. I've been a member for 14 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Whether you need a place to continue your fitness routine or are brand new to exercise, or somewhere in between, Grizzly offers the best of the Valley's instructors, trainers, and equipment to help you reach your goals!

This facility offers so much for everyone in my family! We couldn’t love the place more. My kids absolutely LOVE the kids classes and programs. It’s definitely the best jogging track anywhere around, the variation in training settings and equipment for every style is remarkable. This facility offers more to my family than any mega-gym we ever experienced in the lower 48. But despite all that, the best part is the still the staff. You can find equipment and weights many places; this place is special because managers Mark and Leslie love the people and love the community—and it’s obvious. The culture is great, there isn’t a person on staff that isn’t warm, friendly and genuinely wants to give anyone who walks in the door a great experience. I’m grateful this place is here, because as a parent though I can workout anywhere with equipment — if you know your kids are with coaches that love them, doing a kids class they love. Well, if you’re a parent, you know. Total game-changer! If you’re trying to get back in the groove and lose weight or get back in shape, you’ve got to come try Grizzly for a few days!!
